Are your roses real?
Yes! All of our roses are 100% real and natural. They are hand-selected at peak bloom and preserved using an eco-conscious process that maintains their beauty, softness, and vibrant color for up to 3 years—with no water or sunlight needed.
How long do the roses last?
Our preserved roses are designed to last 1 to 3 years (or longer) with proper care. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity for best results.
Do the roses require any care or watering?
No watering or maintenance is required. Simply do not expose them to moisture, and avoid crushing or touching the petals too often to maintain their natural texture.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. boxes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped using your selected method:
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and cannot make changes.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer replacements or partial refunds in cases of shipping damage or order errors (reported within 3 days).
